Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller
QuoteWin.ie is operated by Conjora Limited, a company registered in Ireland. For all data protection matters, contact us at hello@quotewin.ie or by post to Conjora Limited, Ireland.
2. Data We Collect
We collect data you provide directly: your email address when signing up or subscribing; job descriptions and project details you submit for AI analysis; billing information processed securely by Stripe (we never store card details). We also collect usage data (pages visited, analyses run) to improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: provide the QuoteWin service and run AI analyses on your behalf; process subscription payments via Stripe; send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts); send optional product updates if you have opted in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. AI Analysis Data
Job descriptions you submit for analysis are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic processes this data under their privacy policy and does not use API inputs to train their models. We do not store the raw AI outputs on our servers beyond the duration of your session unless you are a logged-in subscriber saving results.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We use Stripe cookies for payment processing. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
6. Your GDPR Rights
Under the GDPR and Irish Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). To exercise any right, email hello@quotewin.ie. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 24 months thereafter, in case of billing disputes. Deleted accounts are fully purged within 30 days. Anonymous usage analytics are retained for 24 months.
8. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our database (Supabase) is hosted in the EU with encryption at rest. We apply row-level security so users can only access their own data. Stripe handles all payment data under PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
