1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuoteWin.ie you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Conjora Limited.
2. Service Description
QuoteWin.ie provides AI-powered quote intelligence tools for Irish businesses, including market rate benchmarking, win probability analysis, proposal generation assistance, and related business intelligence features. The service is provided on a subscription basis with plans as described on our pricing page.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account. You must be at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter into contracts under Irish law.
4. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payment is processed by Stripe. A 14-day free trial is available on Starter and Pro plans — no charge is made until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid any charge. Refunds are available within 30 days of your first paid charge if you are not satisfied — contact hello@quotewin.ie.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our rate data or AI models; resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written consent; submit false or misleading job information; use the service to generate quotes for illegal work or unregistered trade activity.
6. Accuracy of Market Data
QuoteWin provides AI-generated market rate estimates based on available data. These are indicative only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. Actual market rates vary by location, specification, timing, and competitive conditions. You are solely responsible for the quotes you submit to clients and the prices you charge. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and AI models on QuoteWin.ie are the property of Conjora Limited or its licensors. Proposals and analyses generated for your account may be used by you for your business purposes. You retain ownership of job descriptions and business information you submit.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Conjora Limited shall not be liable for: loss of profits or revenue; loss of business or contracts; indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing hello@quotewin.ie. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under Irish and EU law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
